A separate downstairs parlor can serve as an office, a reading room or a lounge. It gives you a dedicated place for your workday without giving up an upstairs bedroom. The parlor is flex space, not an additional bedroom.
FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED
Furnishing is a choice within your lease. The home currently has limited furniture; the photographs show a previous furnished setup.
Bring your own furniture and make the rooms your own. Kitchen appliances and an in-home washer and dryer support your move; any other inclusions are confirmed before signing.
